Aevium is a registered trade name of Aevium Corp ("Aevium," "we," "us"). This policy describes how we handle information collected through www.aeviumcorp.com and in the course of providing professional services.
This website is informational. It does not use accounts or logins, and our calculators run entirely in your browser — the figures you enter are never transmitted to us or stored. When you contact us by email or phone, or book a consultation through our scheduling provider, we receive the information you choose to share (such as your name, email address, and meeting details).
Scheduling is provided by Calendly and payments may be processed by Stripe; each processes your information under its own privacy policy. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. We do not sell personal information.
Information provided in connection with a professional engagement is handled under our engagement letter and applicable professional standards, including confidentiality obligations and, where applicable, the federal rules governing tax return information (IRC §7216). We use tax return information only to prepare and file returns and provide the services you engage us for, or as you authorize or law permits.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to professional practice, and retain records as required by law and professional standards.
